L'Arjolle is een wijnhuis in de Languedoc-Roussillon dat geen enkele moeite heeft om zijn nek uit te steken voor een experiment. Bijvoorbeeld met hun alcoholvrije wijnen of zoals hier met het gebruik van zinfandel, een 'verboden' druif in Zuid-Frankrijk als je AOP op je etiket wilt vermelden. Dan toch geen AOP, dachten ze bij l'Arjolle, maar de wijn is te lekker om hem niet aan te bieden. En dus werd het een 'gewone' Vin de France, bedoeld voor aan tafel, maar een tikkie koel ook lekker als rode wijn voor de herfstborrel.
