Complexe, uiterst verleidelijke champagne met een delicate mousse en aroma’s van limoen, abrikoos, toast en nootmuskaat. De smaak is heerlijk verfrissend en tegelijk opvallend rijk. De finale is lang met een fijne amandeltoets. Prachtwijn om zo van te genieten of aan tafel te drinken, bijvoorbeeld bij een luxe en romig vis- of gevogeltegerecht.

Savoury, tight bead with some hint of blackcurrants(!), and a little richness and lemon sherbet on the long finish. Definitely not an austere grower's champagne! Quite long and flattering.
